Due to ongoing work on the water system, the service interruption remains in effect in the Montée de Sandy Beach area, including Quai, Cotton, Quigley, Forest, Toundra, and Chantier-Maritime streets.

Water service is expected to be restored in some areas on the evening of Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Once the service resumes, we recommend letting the water run until it becomes clear before use.

Please also note that the Gaspé-Haldimand bike path will be closed on Thursday, July 3, due to the same infrastructure work.

The City of Gaspé apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and is doing everything possible to complete the repairs as quickly as possible.
